By downloading or using the Angelschein Fischerprüfung app, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Independence Disclaimer
This app is an independent, private study tool for the German fishing license exam (Fischerprüfung). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by any German state authority, examination office or Landesfischereiverband. The practice questions are based on the official question catalogs of the individual federal states, which are used descriptively, only to indicate which exam the app helps you prepare for. The official catalogs, exam rules and fishing regulations of your federal state always govern.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial study purposes.
Content and Accuracy
The app contains practice questions covering all 16 German federal states, based on each state's official question catalog, together with an exam mode that follows each state's exam format. The Fischerprüfung is regulated at the state level: the number of questions, subject areas, pass marks and registration procedures differ from state to state and can change. We do our best to keep the content accurate and current, but the official catalogs and the exam regulations of your federal state are always authoritative. The app is an educational tool: it does not replace official sources, a preparation course where your state requires one, or the exam itself, and it does not guarantee that you will pass the Fischerprüfung or obtain a fishing license.
User Conduct
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, copy or redistribute the app or its content. Commercial redistribution or publication of the practice material is not permitted.
In-App Purchases and Premium
The optional Premium upgrade is a single one-time purchase; there are no subscriptions. Purchases are processed via the store where you downloaded the app (Apple's App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that store's terms. Refunds are handled exclusively by the respective store according to its policy.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided without warranty of any kind. We accept no liability for exam results, licensing decisions or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are published in the app and on this website.
